I'm glad you're here.
I'm Melanie Ferster, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), and Registered Social Worker (RSW).
I specialize in providing compassionate, evidence-based anxiety therapy, supporting children, youth, adults, and couples. My approach is tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals, ensuring you receive the mental health support you need.
With extensive experience in couples counselling and helping individuals and families navigate challenges such as trauma, grief, parenting, and life transitions, my aim is to create a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I also offer trauma counselling in Invermere and therapy for depression, using techniques like EMDR when appropriate.
I provide both in-person counselling in Invermere and secure virtual sessions throughout British Columbia.
